POLICY A
Policy A applies only to live, instructor-led courses conducted by Digitrove on scheduled dates and batches.
- Cancellations before course commencement:
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested before the course start date. - Transfers:
- Admission is non-transferable between learners.
- Batch changes are permitted before course commencement at no additional cost.
- If you are unable to complete the course, you may be accommodated in another batch of the same course, subject to availability.
POLICY B
This policy applies to all digital products offered by Digitrove, including but not limited to:
- E-learning videos
- Recorded classes
- Online courses
- Templates
- PDFs
- Toolkits
- Bundles
- Downloadable resources and digital materials
Refund Eligibility

Important Notes
- Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not applicable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, partially or fully.
- All refund, cancellation, or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to team@digitrove.live.
- Refund requests raised directly with banks or payment providers without contacting our support may not be considered valid.
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds or credits will not be issued for non-usage, non-attendance, or change of mind after access is granted.
- Digitrove reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. However, the policy applicable at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
Cancellations or rescheduling by Digitrove
- Digitrove reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Digitrove not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
